Serena Rogers, an Award Winning, emerging Multi-Media Artist, Creative Practitioner, Curator , Creative Project Assistant, based in Huddersfield. Serena creates thought-provoking work using discarded and found materials.
A First-Class Honours graduate, in 2024 Serena won Public Choice Awards for her sculptural at the prestigious international Visual Art Open in London and her textile work at the Calderdale Open.
A Creative Practitioner for established art organisations, Serena facilitates CreArtive Workshops to build creative skills and confidence in the arts.

Reuse and recycle artist and facilitator
Award-winning artist and facilitator Serena Rogers creates thought-provoking multimedia art exploring social issues using recycled materials. Based in Huddersfield, Serena holds a First-Class Honours in Contemporary Art. In 2024, she won Public Choice Awards at the prestigious international Visual Art Open (London) for her sculpture ‘Cardboard Kitchen’ and at the Calderdale Open for her textile work. ‘Oligopoly – The Cost of Living Edition’.
Serena passionately facilitates inclusive CreArtive Workshops for established art organisations, building creative skills and confidence across diverse community settings. Her weekly art classes over the past three years have led to participant work being exhibited in prestigious galleries.
Drawing on her experience of travel and volunteering around the world, Serena is currently planning to start a Masters in Art Psychotherapy, in January 2026, continuing her commitment to the transformative power of art for individual and community well-being.
